Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, contact details, address, and electric usage — when you request an estimate, contact us, or apply to partner. We also collect limited technical data (like device and analytics information) automatically when you use our site.
On our estimate and service-request forms, we additionally record how the page is used — the answers you commit, time on each step, taps and clicks, scrolling, and a visual recording of the on-screen experience — to improve those forms and assist you if something goes wrong. Anything you type into a form field is masked in these recordings (it is captured as bullets, never as characters), recordings stay on our own systems and are never given to third-party analytics vendors, and they are deleted within 30 days (other form analytics within 180 days).
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates and proposals, provide and service your system, and improve our site. We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most websites, we use advertising and analytics tools (such as Google, Meta, and Microsoft) that collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies; under California law this may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out at any time (see below).
Sharing
We share information with service providers and financing partners only as needed to fulfill your request (for example, to prepare a financing option you ask for), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To opt out of sale/sharing on this browser, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of any page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request. To exercise your rights to know, delete, or correct, contact us using the details below — we will verify and respond as required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
