Your consumer protections
Every residential solar contract in California includes important protections, which we provide at the point of sale:
- The CSLB Solar Energy System Disclosure Document, showing total system cost (including financing) and the assumptions behind any savings estimate.
- A 3-day right to cancel (cooling-off period).
- Clear information on how to file a complaint and with whom.
- For PACE financing, the separate PACE Financing Estimate and Disclosure.
