A 13.12 kW rooftop array — 32 Panasonic 410 W modules paired with a Tesla 7.6 kW inverter and a two-battery storage system — installed in 2024 on a concrete flat tile roof in Laguna Hills. OC Solar handled the design, HOA architectural approval, local permitting, installation, and SCE interconnection paperwork in-house.
Built for a tile roof
Concrete flat tile calls for tile-specific mounts and flashing to keep the roof watertight, and the array layout was documented for HOA sign-off before installation began.
