A 2024 installation pairing 27 Q Cells Q.TRON 425 W modules — about 11.5 kW — with Tesla Powerwall (Powerwall+) storage and a Tesla Backup Switch, mounted on a concrete S-tile roof in Carlsbad. The system stores daytime solar production so the home can draw from the battery through the evening peak instead of the grid, with backup power available during outages.
Scope of work
