Vincent “Vinnie” Curcie founded OC Solar in 2016 to build the kind of solar contractor he believed homeowners deserved — licensed, accountable, and still there long after the system switches on. From its Irvine headquarters, the family-run company has grown into one of Southern California’s leading residential installers, with more than 5,000 installations and recognition from Panasonic, Tesla, Solar Power World, and the Orange County Business Journal.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ashton Curcie runs the part of OC Solar that homeowners actually live with: the day-to-day operations that turn a signed agreement into a system installed on schedule and built right. Install crews, scheduling, and accountability from design through power-on all run through him — across the 100-plus installations OC Solar completes every month in Southern California.

He came up through the work itself, leading construction and then operations for OC Solar before stepping into the COO seat, and he holds an MBA. That ground-level view shapes how the company operates today: tight schedules, clear ownership of every job, and no homeowner left wondering who's responsible for what happens next.

OC Solar is a family business, and Ashton sits at the center of it — Vinnie's brother, working alongside family throughout the company. Off the clock, you'll find him at the gym, on the golf course, or with his dogs.
